WELCOME VISITING ROYALTY TO THE 2025 LA PINE RODEO

Dear Visiting Royalty,

We’re excited to welcome you to the 2025 La Pine Rodeo—a celebration of tradition, community, and the Western way of life! We’re honored to have you join us and want to ensure your visit is smooth, enjoyable, and full of great memories.

 

Parade Participation

To participate in the parade, please submit your application no later than June 15th. Late entries will not be accepted. Parade info and forms: https://lapine.org/

Tickets

Each royalty member receives 2 complimentary Passes per performance. Additional passes/tickets may be purchased through our site:

We strongly recommend purchasing early—especially for Friday and Saturday shows, which often sell out!

 

Check-In Details

Check-in is located Behind the Crows Nest look for the sign that reads:

“VISITING ROYALTY CHECK-IN HERE”
Please check in before each performance. Our team will provide your tickets and answer any questions.

Do not go to the ticket office or inside the rodeo—they won’t be able to issue royalty tickets.

 

Grand Entry Participation

Due to live broadcasts on The Cowboy Channel, Grand Entry has been updated:

  • Open to PRCA and NPRA royalty with a rodeo event date.
  • Unfortunately, club titles or non-rodeo associations will not be included in the run-in but are encouraged to engage with fans, sign autographs, take photos, and attend events like the Queen Luncheon and Parade.

Note: We do not provide horses for run-ins. Please make your own arrangements.

 

Parking

Parking for royalty is in the back grass area
Spectator parking is in front. Please keep your area tidy and minimize your setup

 

Rodeo Grounds Location

The La Pine Rodeo Grounds are located at 16262 3rd Street, La Pine, OR 97739, at the intersection of 3rd Street and Walker Road.

 

Directions from Bend (North of La Pine)

  1. Start: Head south on US-97 S from Bend.
  2. Continue: Drive approximately 30 miles toward La Pine.
  3. Turn Right: Upon entering La Pine, turn right onto 3rd Street.
  4. Arrive: Proceed to the intersection with Walker Road; the rodeo grounds will be on your left.

 

Directions from Klamath Falls and Crescent (South of La Pine)

  1. Start: From Klamath Falls, take US-97 N toward La Pine, passing through Crescent.
  2. Continue: Drive approximately 70 miles to reach La Pine.
  3. Turn Left: In La Pine, turn left onto 3rd Street.
  4. Arrive: Continue to the intersection with Walker Road; the rodeo grounds will be on your left.

 

Event Schedule & Grand Entry Timing

Check-in Deadline: No later than 2 PM
Mandatory Production Meeting: 2:30 PM at the warm-up arena
Lineup for Grand Entry: 4:30 PM

You must attend the production meeting to be eligible for that day’s Grand Entry.

FRIDAY

  • 2:00 PM – Production Meeting
  • 5:00 PM – Check-in for evening perf
  • 6:30 PM – Evening Performance
  • 🎶 Live music after the Perf in the Coors Beer Garden

SATURDAY

  • 7:00 AM – Slack (Free Admission)
  • 7:30 Breakfast
  • Queen Luncheon (Time & details TBD)
  • 3:00 PM – Production Meeting
  • 5:00 PM – Check-in for evening perf
  • 6:30 PM – Performance
  • 🎶 Live music at Red Rock Corral
