2010 Sponsorship & Advertiser Programs

First, we would like to let you know how much we appreciate your previous sponsorship of the La Pine Rodeo. It is advertisers and sponsors like you that have made the rodeo such a success these past seven years. One of our improvements last summer was providing canopy covering for all grandstand areas. Your support made this possible!
Second, our Board is confident that with community support, the “Greatest Little Rodeo” in Central Oregon will continue to keep up with other competitive rodeos in the Northwest. Over 300 cowboys and cowgirls participated in last July’s La Pine Rodeo.
In these economic and challenging times, we are changing some of our sponsorships to be co-sponsors of various events. Please ask Tony or Greg if you have any questions.
We will contact you soon to discuss sponsorship possibilities. Again, thank you for your past support and, as we say in La Pine – “The Buck Starts Here!"
Very truly yours,

Advertising in Our Program Guide 2010
Dear Business Owner:
We would like to encourage you to advertise in the La Pine Rodeo’s Program Guide. The
Guide is sold at our annual rodeo during the July 4th weekend each year.
The La Pine Rodeo Association is an NPRA (Northwest Pro Rodeo Association) sanctioned since 2003.
The rodeo is a great family event. In two days approximately 4,000 people attend our rodeo. A lot of these folks are from the Central Oregon area and are current or prospective customers of yours. We even have spectators as far away as Australia and the Netherlands at the Rodeo. We have Cowboys & Cowgirls from all over the Northwest and California who compete in the rodeo and they are prospective customers as well.
Having your ad in our Program Guide will give you great exposure and people want to support businesses that support local community events.
La Pine celebrates its 100th birthday in 2010 - may we count on your support for the La Pine Rodeo and its community.
With your help we look forward to another successful and fun year ahead – as we say in La Pine – “The Buck Starts Here!” Thank you for your consideration.
