Our La Pine Rodeo Association Board of Directors is continuously working on plans for an even bigger and better rodeo for 2010. Committees have been established to handle various functions and we are always looking for volunteers. Our meetings open to ALL members are held every other month starting with the February meeting. These meetings are potluck and are held at the Crescent Creek Community Clubhouse in La Pine.

The La Pine Rodeo Association wishes to extend its gratitude to 56 of the world's most generous and hard working volunteers. Without these people, there would be no La Pine Rodeo, folks. Thank you all for making the La Pine Rodeo "The Greatest Little Rodeo in Oregon!"
Membership
Another new year is upon us and the La Pine Rodeo Association has already been working hard to make 2009 a record year. We’ve seen a few of your faces at the potluck meetings being held bi-monthly and want you to know how much we appreciate having you involved. We’d love to have you as a 2008 member of the La Pine Rodeo Association and share in the fun of the “Greatest Little Rodeo in Oregon” and the 2nd annual Play Day!
The La Pine Rodeo is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing rodeo and associated events to La Pine and the Greater Southern Deschutes County area. The 2007 rodeo brought in over 300 cowboys and cowgirls along with family, friends, and spectators from near and far to enjoy all that La Pine has to offer – not just the rodeo!
As a member, you will receive the right to vote in elections, one free rodeo ticket per membership, a discount coupon for a rodeo hat or T-shirt, and a coupon for a free hot dog and drink. Your tickets and coupons will be held for you at the “Will Call” ticket window on the days of the rodeo. Your ticket will be good for just one day of the rodeo, but your choice – Saturday or Sunday!
Join by March 31st and receive a $5.00 per membership discount! Please fill out the membership application on page two of the attached PDF, sign it, and send it along with your membership fee to the address listed on the application. Don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.

History of The La Pine Rodeo Association
 The La Pine Rodeo has been in existence for over 30 years as a Jackpot Rodeo normally happening over the 4th of July. In 2001 a group of volunteers began planning a bigger event by getting professional sanctioning bodies to accept La Pine in their calendar for the year. For the last 6 years La Pine has had professional sanctioned rodeos. Each year the rodeo has grown in attendance, prize money, the number of contestants and popularity in Oregon. We are proud to say that La Pine has truly become, "The Greatest Little Rodeo in Oregon!"
